Terms, privacy, shipping and returns.

Plain language, kept short. Three documents on one page.

01Terms of use

Using this site.

Who we arecryptojeweler.io is operated by CryptoJeweler, a fine jewelry studio led by Michael Ray in Lafayette, Louisiana. Contact: michael@cryptojeweler.io.
The siteThe site presents the studio’s collections and custom work and takes briefs for made-to-order pieces. Sending a brief is not an order. An order exists only when you approve a CAD proof and a written quote, and pay as agreed.
Digital collectiblesCryptoJeweler collections are digital collectibles held in your own wallet and traded on third-party marketplaces we do not control. They are not investments, carry no promise of value, and are not offered as securities. Any physical redemption or claim follows the rules published for that collection at the time.
ContentDesigns, renders, production files, photographs and copy on this site belong to CryptoJeweler or its licensors. Do not reproduce them without permission. Partner and community names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to describe past work.
LinksExternal links (marketplaces, the holder dashboard, partner sites, the M3MORIES site) lead to services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
LiabilityThe site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CryptoJeweler is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
ChangesWe may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page is the current version.

What we collect, and why.

The briefWhen you send a custom build brief we receive what you typed: name, email, optional handle, the token you hold if you told us, and the description and references you added. We use it to reply to you and to design the piece. We keep it for as long as the conversation and any resulting order are open, then for our records.
EmailIf you email us, we keep the thread for the same purpose. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
AnalyticsThis site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, this notice will say so.
WalletsThis site does not connect to your wallet. The holder dashboard at dashboard.cryptojeweler.io and the marketplaces you use have their own privacy terms.
SharingWe share order details only with the partners needed to make and deliver your piece (casting, setting, shipping and insurance) and only as much as they need.
Your rightsAsk us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at michael@cryptojeweler.io. We answer within 30 days.

03Shipping and returns

Made to order, shipped insured.

Lead timeCustom and made-to-order pieces are quoted with a delivery estimate once you approve the CAD proof. The estimate depends on the metal, the stones and the amount of hand work, and it is stated on your quote before you pay.
ShippingEvery piece ships fully insured with signature on delivery. International orders are welcome. Duties and import taxes outside the United States are the recipient’s responsibility unless your quote says otherwise.
ReturnsCustom and made-to-order pieces are made for you, to an approved proof, and cannot be returned for change of mind. That is why the proof exists: nothing is cast until you have approved it.
FaultsIf a piece arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We repair, remake or refund at our cost.
SizingRing size is confirmed with you before casting. One resize within 30 days of delivery is free where the design allows it.
Care and repairsPrecious metal and hand-set stones deserve care. Keep pieces away from chlorine, hard knocks and abrasives. For repairs, resizing or refinishing, email michael@cryptojeweler.io.
