CryptoJeweler/Custom builds
CustomMade to order
Your idea, made physical.
Most builds start as one message. A stone you already own. A crest. A collection you belong to. A drawing kept in a notes app for years. You do not need a finished design. You need a starting point. Michael Ray concepts and models every custom piece himself before anything is cast.

How it works
Four stages. Nothing skipped.
Pricing and timing both follow the CAD proof, not the other way round, so you always see the piece before you commit to it.
You tell us.
Reference, budget band, sizing if you have it, and the story behind the piece. Michael reads every brief himself.
You see it first.
A 3D proof of the piece, rendered from the real production file, with revisions until it is right. Nothing is cast until you sign off.
Made at the bench.
Lost-wax cast in your metal, then every stone set by hand and checked against the proof. Natural or lab-grown stones, or a stone you already own.
Marked and shipped.
Hallmarked, photographed and shipped insured. If you want it, an on-chain record of the piece travels with it.
The brief
Start a custom build.
The brief runs on ZipJeweler, the studio’s own platform, so what you send, the concept renders that come back and the quote all sit in one thread. It goes straight to Michael.
Send it on ZipJeweler.
A rough idea is enough to start. Bring a reference, your sizing if you know it, and anything the piece has to carry. Nothing is quoted until Michael has seen what you want.
Questions
Before you ask.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the metal, the stones and the work, so the honest answer is the CAD proof. You send a brief, Michael models the piece, and the quote follows the proof. The budget band in the brief helps size the design so the first proof lands close.
How long does it take?
It depends on the piece, so your timeline is confirmed with the quote once the proof is approved. Simple pieces in plain metal are quick. Full pavé, multi-part builds and editioned runs take considerably longer. If you have a fixed date, say so in the brief and we plan backwards from it.
Which metals and stones?
Sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, and platinum. Natural or lab-grown diamonds, colored stones, or a stone you already own. Every stone is placed in the file before it is placed in the metal.
Do I need to hold a CryptoJeweler token?
No. Custom builds are open to anyone. Holders can tie a build to their token, and any Chains NFT or EGG$ design can be made because every one is a real manufacturing file.
What do I get with the piece?
The finished piece, hallmarked, photographed and shipped insured, with the CAD proof it was made from. An on-chain record of the piece is available if you want one.
Can I see it before I commit?
Always. Nothing is cast until you approve the proof. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra.
