CryptoJeweler/About

The studio

Jeweler first. On chain since 2021.

CryptoJeweler is a vertically integrated, digital-first fine jewelry brand. It was founded on one conviction: a digital design should be engineered like a real one, so that it can become a real one.

The artist

Michael Ray.

Eight years as a senior CAD designer at the largest fine jewelry manufacturer in the United States. Years of pieces engineered for production before a single one was ever minted.

That is the unusual part of this brand. The expertise is manufacturing, not blockchain. Michael designs every collection himself in the same software a working jeweler uses to engineer a piece before it is cast, which is why a CryptoJeweler design is a genuine production file rather than a picture of one. Every custom commission is concepted and modeled by him personally.

It took fifteen months to source and qualify the production relationships behind the brand. Design and fulfillment run from Lafayette, Louisiana. Fine pieces are made to order by bench partners in New York’s Diamond District, and volume pieces through vetted overseas manufacturing.

The difference

Most digital collectibles stop at the image.

A CryptoJeweler design starts as the file a bench uses to cut a mold and cast a piece in gold, platinum or silver. Any design in any collection can become a physical object, which is a claim most digital collectibles simply cannot make.

How the studio works

Vertically integrated, end to end.

Design

Generative, manufacture-ready.

Traits are modeled as real components with real wall thickness and real stone seats. The generator assembles parts that already fit each other, so the output is a castable file, not a composite image.

CAD, in house
Production

Qualified partners.

Lost-wax casting, hand setting and finishing through production relationships it took fifteen months to source and qualify. The same route a commercial jewelry line uses.

Fulfillment

Made, marked, shipped.

Hallmarked, photographed, appraised where relevant, and shipped insured worldwide. The on-chain record travels with the piece if the owner wants it.

The line so far

What has been built.

2021CryptoJeweler founded. A jewelry brand native to Web3, built by a manufacturer rather than adapted by one.
Dec 2021Alpha 1. Two hundred pendants on Polygon, given to the earliest collectors before Chains ever minted.
Jan 2022Chains NFT. Ten thousand generative pendants on Ethereum, sold out at mint. The first generative fine jewelry collection on the blockchain, every design a real manufacturing file.
2022Chains Drop Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Phygital allocations for holders, and the releases that put the catalogue into production.
2022 to 2023Limited Fine Jewelry and the Limited Edition Series. Sixteen one-of-ones and 235 editioned pieces. Platinum, colored stones, enamel and full pavé.
2023 to 2025Partner work at scale. More than fifteen brand collaborations: a collection and its own store for Hasbulla, pendants for Polymarket, a diamond link chain for Taylor.wtf, and the ApeFest signet.
2025EGG$ on ApeChain. Five thousand Eggs. Vault one to earn YOLK, claim components, set them permanently, merge four into one.
NextM3MORIES, on Robinhood Chain. Five thousand pendants built from 128 hand-modeled components, each with an empty center and five ways to be made real.

Collaborations

Built with, not just beside.

More than fifteen brand collaborations since 2021, from pendants engineered for partner collections to one-off pieces for collectors and creators.
